KDVLab is a Microsoft 365 managed IT practice for London small businesses. We manage the M365 environments that small teams depend on — properly, with full ownership of the outcome.
We are not a large MSP with account managers, ticketing systems, and a junior who handles your calls. We are a specialist practice led by a single engineer who takes ownership of the outcome — from initial conversation to ongoing management.

Microsoft 365 expertise
Our work centres on the Microsoft 365 platform — the tools most small businesses already use. We are specialists in Intune device management, Entra ID identity and access, Conditional Access policy design, and Defender for Endpoint security.
We maintain a fully-configured homelab environment that mirrors the Microsoft 365 setups we manage for clients, and we are currently completing the MD-102 Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator certification.
